Hong Kong has only produced two known serial killers, Lam Kor-wan and Lam Kwok-wai. So it goes to show that serial killers aren’t the norm there, neither is what Lam Kor-wan did to his victims.
Lam Kwok-wai was a taxi driver and used his cab as a hunting ground for female victims.
